Ordering Online (credit/debit cards only)

Simply select the prints you wish to order using the 'Buy' button located with each print in our galleries. Once your print has been added to the shopping basket you will then have the options to 'Continue Shopping' or if your finished and want to pay choose 'Secure Checkout'. You will then be forwarded to our payment provider PayPal where you can sign in with your existing account or if you don't already have a PayPal account you will have the chance to create one. Then follow their instructions for paying by credit / debit card.

Telephone Orders (cheque/postal orders only)

You can place an order by calling (0208) 3937713. We can only accept cheques and postal orders with telephone orders. You will be advised of the full amount to pay. Please then send a cheque or postal order made payable to 'Rebecca de Mendonça' to 65 Heatherside Road, West Ewell, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 9QS. Your order will be dispatched when the funds have cleared.

Postage & Packing

We use 1st Class Recorded Delivery from Royal Mail for all of our small signed prints and gicleé prints which are calculated at the following prices; £4.50 orders up to £40.00, £6.50 orders up to £80.00, £8.50 orders up to £100.00, £9.50 orders up to £120 and £10.50 for orders over £120.00. Please note that this will require a signature on delivery and these prices are for mainland UK only, call me if you would like to order from outside the UK mainland. Original paintings can either be collected or we can arrange for a courier at your cost. Please allow 10 days for delivery. We have no control over the services provided by Royal Mail or by other carriers and cannot be held responsible for their failings.

Payment Protection & Data Security

We use PayPal to process all credit and debit cards online through their website. Paypal provide a 24 hour secure server thus ensuring all your payment information is encrypted and protected. We guarantee that any personal data you provide us with will not be passed on to any other company. We will only use the information you give us to process your order or for newsletters if you have joined our mailing list.
